Evan Sanford started working to help injured and disabled individuals navigate the legal system while still in law school. He is committed to ensuring his clients receive common sense legal advice and firm, aggressive, representation when dealing with insurance companies.

Evan has focused his legal practice on disability and workers’ compensation cases because he is committed to helping people. He has dedicated his practice to ensuring that individuals who cannot work because of disabling health conditions have a firm advocate to help guide them through the legal, administrative, and procedural maze.

Too frequently, the legal system can overwhelm injured and disabled individuals, dealing with both financial and physical hardships. Evan can help to analyze your case and recommend the best possible course of action for your particular situation. He will listen to your legal concerns, as well as your family, financial, and medical concerns to ensure he can be your best advocate.

Evan attended Columbia University in the City of New York, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While attending Columbia, Evan played football, where he earned a number of student athlete awards and was named to the 2000’s All-Decade Team.

Evan graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law where he was a member of the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court Competition, interned for the Honorable Judge David Knutson, and clerked at an injury law firm.

Mr. Sanford is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Minnesota and Minnesota State courts. He is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Outside of work, Evan is both an ardent Minnesota sports fan, attending various games each year, and also an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating at the family cabin. He also loves cooking and traveling.
