Aubry Fritsch started her legal career prior to law school by working as a legal assistant while obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. While working as a legal assistant she focused on helping people who had been critically harmed as the result of pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. Aubry then went on to attend law school at the University of St. Thomas School of Law at the downtown campus in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Throughout law school Aubry held a variety of positions helping those in particularly difficult situations. Aubry completed an externship as a Certified Student Attorney practicing criminal defense where she counseled clients and analyzed litigation strategies. In this position, Aubry negotiated extensively and advocated for her clients to reach the best possible outcome.
Next, Aubry worked with an individual as part of the consumer bankruptcy clinic. Aubry assisted the client in initiating the case, filling out the paperwork, gathering the proper documents, and monitoring the case throughout the semester. Aubry worked in a family law firm for her last year and a half of law school. It was there that she continued to help clients in a compassionate and caring manner.
Following her graduation from law school and passing the Minnesota bar exam, Aubry worked as a law clerk in the 4th District at the Family Justice Center in Hennepin County.
Ms. Fritsch is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts.
In her spare time, Aubry enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading.
