Brittany Levine earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice from the University of South Dakota. After her undergraduate program, Brittany moved to the Twin Cities, where she earned her Juris Doctor as part of the first graduating class from the newly formed Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

During law school, Brittany held several clerkships for local criminal defense and personal injury firms. She also worked as a certified student attorney for the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender’s Office, where she represented individuals who had been convicted of felony offenses with various post-conviction issues. Upon graduating law school, Brittany started her career in legal research and technology, holding various roles in areas such as research assistance, data analytics and marketing.

After spending 10 years in the legal technology space, Brittany decided to go into practice and provide a tangible service for those who need help navigating a complex system during challenging times. She is passionate about advocating for the disabled community, and this priority motivated her to join the Fields Law team where she practices Social Security Disability and Long Term Disability cases.

Ms. Levine is admitted to practice in the Minnesota State Courts.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys reading, playing and listening to music, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
