More than 80 percent of Fields Law Firm employees responded to the survey. Such a large response validates the results even further, considering that the high response rate more likely represents a wide sampling of employee experiences and across all levels and role types.

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely based on employee responses.
