Ikraan Abdurahman

Ikraan Abdurahman was born and raised in Minnesota. She earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Ethnic Studies, with a minor in Psychology from Metropolitan State University. Ikraan went on to obtain her law degree from Manchester Law School in England and later completed her LL.M. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

During law school, Ikraan clerked for several Twin Cities law firms specializing in personal injury, product liability, and immigration law. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in client-focused practice areas and a deep appreciation for advocating on behalf of individuals navigating significant life changes or seeking to protect their fundamental rights.

At Fields Law, Ikraan focuses her practice on Long-Term Disability and Consumer Rights, where she continues to passionately advocate for everyday people and ensure their voices are heard.

Ms. Abdurahman is admitted to practice in Texas state courts. She is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Outside of her legal practice, Ikraan enjoys hiking, serving as a camp counselor, baking, supporting community initiatives, and spending quality time with family and friends.
