Zachary Schmoll understands the challenges that his clients are faced with when dealing with their workers’ compensation, disability and personal injury claims and treats his clients with care and compassion. His aggressive and firm approach with the insurance company ensures the process of moving forward is effective and fair, allowing his clients to focus on moving forward with their lives.
Navigating the legal system can be an extremely overwhelming and confusing process for most people. This is especially true when you are injured, dealing with financial difficulties because the work comp carrier is refusing to pay your wage loss, and facing outstanding medical bills because your medical treatment has been denied.
The workers’ compensation system does not generally provide for damages above and beyond lost wages or medical benefits. Zach can analyze the best possible course of action for your workers compensation claim, which may include disability and personal injury claims. He will also weigh external factors such as your family life, financial situation, and medical prognosis.
Zach will help explain the process to you, keep you up to date on the status of your claim, and deal with the insurance companies so that you can focus on your recovery. Zach is dedicated to providing you with the best legal representation so that you may recover and return to gainful employment. As your attorney, Zach will listen to your concerns so that he can be your best advocate.
Zach earned his bachelor’s degree in communication at the University of Minnesota with a minor in management through the Carlson School of Management. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.
During law school, Zach was active with the Minnesota Justice Foundation, provided tax services to low income individuals and families as a IRS Vita Program Volunteer, and served as a Judicial Extern to Judge Kerry Meyer in Hennepin County District Court.
Mr. Schmoll is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Minnesota and Minnesota state courts. He is currently a member of Minnesota Association of Justice and an Assembly Representative to the MSBA for the Hennepin County Bar Association.
