A Customer Service Associate at a national retail franchise left work and submitted a disability claim to her insurer due to symptoms later diagnosed as Chronic Pain Syndrome. She received a notice from Liberty Mutual, two months after her claim was supposed to start, stating benefits were denied. She searched for help online and found Fields Law Firm.
Our attorneys requested a copy of her file from Liberty Mutual and analyzed the contents. After review, our attorneys focused on building evidence to overturn the insurer’s claim decision by requesting updated medical records and the input of our client’s treating providers. The medical information was submitted along with arguments that our client’s job duties were more strenuous than Liberty Mutual had stated they were.
