Kristen Gyolai started working in the workers’ compensation and disability area of the law while she was still in law school. During that time, she did not see herself working as a workers’ compensation or a disability attorney. Kristen thought there were other areas of the law where she could do more good. However, Kristen learned that injured and disabled workers need attorneys who are looking out for their interests, instead of the attorney’s own bottom line.

The reason that Kristen chose to practice in this area of the law is because she wanted to help people. In fact, she has dedicated her entire career to helping individuals who are unable to work because of disabling health conditions. Kristen has experience in working with hundreds of clients who have endured struggles with their abilities to work, so she understands the emotional, financial, and physical burdens that people experience when they are unable to work.

Often times social security, workers’ compensation, and long/short-term disability benefits overlap in ways that are confusing to the average person. Because Kristen practices in all of these areas, she can explain how each of these benefits work. She can also help you to maximize each of the benefits you may be entitled to.

Kristen will take the time to listen to you. She wants to hear all of your concerns and to be the person that you trust and confide in. You certainly will not feel heard by an insurance company if you try to take them on alone. Other attorneys may not give you the time and attention that Kristen is willing to give to her clients. No one will work harder for you than she will.

The process of getting approved for disability benefits and/or appealing an insurance company’s decision is daunting. Having an experienced and caring attorney on your side will help to alleviate some of the burden that most people feel when they struggle to get approved for benefits.

Kristen tries her very best to be available to clients at a time when it is convenient for them. If that means taking calls or appointments on nights and weekends, she is willing to do it.

Please call Kristen now to discuss your claim. She is eager to hear from you and to see if she can offer her assistance with your claim. The consultation is free, and our law firm never charges a fee unless we are successful in getting benefits for you.

Finally, when you hire Kristen as your attorney, you are really hiring a team of attorneys to work on your case. All of the attorneys at Fields Law Firm bounce ideas off of each other and take time to discuss each of our unique experiences so that we can learn from each other and each other’s clients.
