A woman was working as a personal care attendant at an adult foster care facility when one of her clients became upset. The client attacked the woman and struck her, inflicting injuries to her head, neck, and back. She also developed PTSD and post-concussion symptoms. Fields Law Firm successfully defended an attempt to discontinue the woman’s wage loss benefits and then pursued settlement negotiations.
