$110,000 – Carmen – Edina, Minnesota
A traveling nurse in Edina, Minnesota suffered a serious shoulder injury requiring surgery after slipping and falling at work. While working an assignment at an assisted living facility she slipped and fell near the ice machine, tearing her rotator cuff.
